There are two ways to create a post on our blog. The one I am using now is simply done by logging in to my blogger account and selecting a link named "New Post" at the top banner. I am typing this message without benefit of spell checking that I will typically get when drafting a message in Word or other word processing application. The are a limited number of fonts available but the font size is easily changed.
I have changed the font size to large.

Inserting photos or videos from a variety of sources are easily done by selecting a link or uploading the media to blogger. An advantage to uploading is the media is saved on the blogger server whereas a link depends on the media being preserved in the location it was when you created the link.
If you are familiar and skilled with formatting in HTML, this can be done here as well.
The second method is to draft your post in Word and copy to your Email and send to a preset email address. Composing your post directly in Email is also an option.
Before actually publishing the post, a "Preview" is available that will show you how it will appear to the public. When a post is "Published", a date and time stamp is created.
